Right firmware for me??

Hello,
i have a question i dont understand all of this firmware stuff.
I have the firmware? Yeah where could i see this?
Sry I´m a noob.
Which one should i install then which works stable and maybe bugfree which ist the latest working like that?
And i downloaded some firmware files which are .bin files how to install them?

you can check your fw at settings - about

install this fw: [Fixed Translations] NewUi Firmware 0.9.6.19
first thing that you should do is disable Delivery Report in sms settings!

And if its a .bin file could you tell me how to install it?
And i´m only searching a version in english...
