Judging by the changelog, it's not really worth the upgrade?
Changelog, manually translated with dictionary:
1. Fixed the bug where deleting a file from Documents wouldn't actually delete it.
2. Fixed a bug where double-tapping a file in Documents would open it twice.
3. ?
4. UTF-8 enconding now supported in lyrics.
5. Fixed the bug where automatic call recording would only last 9 seconds.
6. Fixed a bug with alarm clock.
7. Fixed a bug with the Ebooks application skipping pages after unlock.
8. Added support for 8 digit PIN codes.
9. Fixed some spelling mistakes.

That would be nice, if no one does it, i will do it myself (in about 2 hours)
imho no need to switch from 6.9.6 to 6.9.12
for me the 0.9.69 is unstable and not something i can recommend.
So for me it willbe this or the leak from 27/01.

In the way i see it, we can't hope for a 1.0 before Chinese new year.
Only 5 days from now on, and winmo apps support seems to take some while
I hope they get it done before April.
