Wow, now that you mention it I connected to my computer an walked away came back a few hours later and it had no charged or made a connection.

I think for my own personal decision will go back to the previous firmware. I see this one as a
test version and I wish meizu would just call it what it is.......

so this sounds like your pc isn´t grounded or you have issue´s with your electricity wires.
Try it on an other pc to be sure.

@duci:

I haved times ago, a hardware defect (my 8gb memory was defect) and i sended it back to my saler and one month later, the defect was repaired.
But back to your question, i had relations in china (im german-chinese), there lived near a province in shenzhen, maybe i can ask here about, your warranty of your phone, but this month is bad, while about the chinese new year.

the seller of my article is no more available on ebay...and he doesn't repley on my mail, even when his online shop might be in the south of germany ;-(. on meizu.com's wiki they said, that there is no other way than this, but what if I send it to someone i know or i give my defect meizu to a friend who will go into a meizu store in china? do i need the bill or sth for this kind of warrenty? i just got the imei and the s/n nr...or does money do the rest in china?

Thumbs down no solution yet. someone a meizu m8 with broken display?

so if anyobody from germany is going to china soon, pls contact me, so he or she may help me and request in an chinese meizu store for warrenty repairs or changes.

the last possible way would be,that i find some meizu m8 with broken displays, which i will use to repaire my own meizu. if some of u got one, pls post here or pn me,. so we can talk about money ;-p

would be great, if someone may help me.

The problem that I am having is that I can't get the wall plugs to work. I have tried 3 different wall plugs and none of them work now. The original usb cord that I got doesn't even work anymore. I finally found a short usb cord that is the only thing that works.
