@Sikkan how is you sms that is important and a basic thing in a advanced phone?

Also what about other basic functions. I would test this myself but this is a long process.

I can't call!! Someone know why? But I can receive sms...

My sms conversations are as they should.
I recive sms and they get my sms.

Musicplayer works lovely
Videoplayer works lovely
Camera works lovely

My friend called a while ago... so I belive the "phone-funktion" works too

could you specify your problem?

i translated the current calendar and clock widget...if you aren´t able to replace the files´, i´ve build a modified xip.bin and can upload it if you want me to.

The only thing I know about SMS is that you have to disable "Delivery report" under SMS --> Settings.
Most important, with the new UI firmwares I did this procedure:
- Backup from Settings options
- Clear registry (On/Off + M button)
- Upgrade firmware (On/Off + right button)
- Change language to English (and then reboot)
- Restore from backup (only contacts to avoid problems)
After that i could not receive calls or SMS (but according to the phone
I use to call me my mobile is "ringing", no sign of the incoming call!)
I was disappointed in the beginning, but everything is solved after a "manual" reboot after the restore (not the automatic reboot, just new one). After that I receive calls and messages immediately. Anyone can explain that, the difference that it makes (apparently a nonsense after a bunch of reboots?). I hope it may help other people...

MEIZUITA what do you mean by manual reboot?

I mean,
when you think you have finished (upgrade, restore, change language and any other thing) just restart your phone once more, it looks meaningless but for me it makes the difference between receiving or not both calls and message (I try with fix phone or Skype from my PC, same results...).
I thought it was a bug, but maybe there is a reason since it's in an official firmware too.

just try upgrade same new fw again.

upgraded, so far no problem at all
by using the skyfire browser, I can watch video in youtube

sorry to read that m8, here, no problem for me. I did a SMS test right now (sending and receiving) without any problem.

---- here is my FW change method, and until now, never had issues ----

backup everything
copy new fireware on disk
shutdown
restart and press play to enter upgrade mode
do the upgrade and reboot
go into setting change language to english
go into setting and restore everything
reboot automaticaly

everything works fine

@PierreHenry that's good enough for me. I always clear the reg, reformat before putting on any upgrade.

Did try everything but didn't work... I have no permissions to delete/rename/replace the files

Of course I stopped the widgets and restarted...

You can use Mexplorer or a similar program.
Or as I did...
* Turned of my widgets
* Moved the files from "Disk-" to "Windows-" folder.
* Rebooted the phone
worked for me...

For all first time installers of the the new UI, I strongly suggest that you read the guide for the new UI before using it. The new UI is a fair bit different to the old, and you may get lost in all the changes (or miss them entirely). Lots of cool stuff in there nowadays .

Personally, it doesn't look like really anything has changed on this official since the last leak.
Think I will wait for the next (I am still on a FW from a couple leaks ago that seems to work fine for me - trying not to spend so much time installing the daily leaks that come out at the moment).

My email client is not working, I can enter my name, my email dress, everything, but it always says update failed… (using it with wifi)

It worked with fw 0.9.3.7 pretty well.

^ Strange, email working fine here, also via Wi-Fi.
