Warning! This is a leak and not an official firmware release. Meizu releases leaks of the M8 firmware to allow its fans to follow the development progress and provide feedback throughout it. This firmware, although working, is not intended for everyday use. To maintain a pleasant community, please do not complain and bash the company on the grounds of these leaks. You can test it and report bugs or ask questions. Unnecessary comments will be deleted!

so has anyone succeeded in downloading the file ? ... if you do then plz upload it to Zshare ... its just the fastest one to download from (for me at least)

I'm at 90% but the speed is very slow at the moment (4kb's at the beginning 400Kb's).

I will it upload to rapidshare.

Changelog:

- Calendar and Clock widgets are still in chinese
- Desktop sliding is a bit better (i wouldn't say smoother)
- GPRS APN bug NOT fixed! (input field is limited)
- SMS sound bug fixed
- Mystore can be used and it's in english (!)
- If you use Open from Music player and add a folder, a new playlist will be created

People who still have problems with email not updating, try deleting your account and then set it up again.... worked for me

what about browser and wifi?

Both work normally as before.

Are you saying SMS and MMS are not working in this leak?!

it is working since 3 or 4 leaks

what exactly is not working? Please describe you´r problem...or open a new thread.

all the leaks of new firmware have problems with basic phone functions. sms and calls. you would think these would be more important to fix rather than making the new UI more pleasing to the eye, seeing as the M8 is a actual phone. get the basics sorted first meizu as without them your product is a mediocre media player with a crappy phone built in

well the sms problem is not only his problems there are a few other members including me who are having this problem and i agree with him meizu should sort it out ! my phone worked perfectly with sms and mms on the official fw that is until i updated to the leak that claimed that long sms works in it after updating i stopped receiving any sms or mms , only calls. so i decided to downgrade to the official release again so it would work but surprisingly it didn't now i receive the sms in a delay of two days ... non of my other phones do that i put my sim in other devices i have and i can send and receive instantly ... so its a fw problem or a registry problem that was stuck after i upgraded to those defective leaks .. and i always do a reg reset before and after upgrading and downgrading .... other than that the phone works like a charm but i do get a lot of inconsistencies in the network level thats something i had in that said leak as well ... and the sim card seems to be busy doing nothing sometimes ...
don't don't jump on the guy attacking him instead please do understand that this is a very upsetting bug/issue/problem and try to help him/us instead
if someone here with a perfectly working sms mms function is willing to extract all his registry and root files like every file on the phone and zip them and send to me then it would be a lot of help
