if you dont have another phone try using the latest official and turn off the sim pin lock then reupgrade to this one.

hmm never really thought about that but wouldn't it also be a security risk if any1 can access my data without pin? But I'll try that one too

    solution 1:

put the last official firmware in a bluetooth device and transfer it with the bluetooth connection to your M8

    solution 2:

transfer the firmware in your pc to the M8 with bluetooth(if your pc have bluetooth)

Glad to have a second handy here (although it's very old ^^)

I fixed the issue. My pin just seems to be too long. Please someone add the following line in first post:

    BUGREPORT:
    - handy doesn't accept long pins (my pin was 8 digits long and didn't work -> Now 4 digits and it works well)

This would save some people's time perhaps ^^ Thanks for your help!

Hmm I don't know. Try it on your own by setting a pin with 8 digits and you'll see

I don't think I am the only one with this bug but maybe I am the only one crazy enough to use a that long pin So nobody else recognized yet.

And as soon as I changed the pin to 4 digits it worked again so... It really has to be a fw bug
