Meizu M8 FW Version 0.9.3.18 official

Yeah, it is good to solve and think about the problems with our phones. However, everyone has had their own experiences with their phone. I understand what he meant by having the basics work. Not all of us can pickup on computing or how software and settings work, making your transition to a device like this one a real surprise, at-least for some. Thou, I am happy with the things my phone can do and looks I get (Mostly because people think it's a Iphone, Not!). I think he was not angry about the fact that it can't do more yet, but what it should do from the start.

I look forward coming to this site saying, "Wow what's new". But still in the back of your mind you say what did this firmware leave out now.

I love my Meizu, would not want to trade it for a phone that needs itunes to get songs/apps on the phone.

Though i hate the LONG wait for Meizu to finally bring a firmware that made the camera work faster

Hey Guys... I am using Radialix to create a new theme for the old UI.

Having some difficulty in locating the images for the 'explorer' window [when you click on 'Documents'.

Looking for the following images:
1.Left pane [where the icons for Device, Disc and Folder are shown]

2. The icons for Device, Disc and Folder that are displayed in this pane.

If anyone can point me to the dll file where these are contained, I'd be really appreciative!! Cheers!

Hey Snoop,
I had to spend something like $300 for it, abd about $40 for jailbreaking for TMobile.

I did not want to do this, but had no choice, I needed a dependable device...

I am not sure how long you have had the M8, but I have had it for more than a year... and needed a dependable device....

dude you need to chill down and leave this forum....stop complaining...use FW 9.3.18...its very dependable...go and install your 20000 apps and leave us alone!

yeah there is 20000 apps to start with , and only about 1%, if not less, usefull My friend has iphone and about 150 apps... mostly games and junk such as Ibeer... if it is advantage against other phones, so I will stay with my meizu and HTC

I´m not happy with this Firmeware...I have problems with my SE and this FW and go back to 9.3.9...

I must load my Battery every Day, after 12H my Battery is by 20%, with FW 9.3.9 my Battery is by 80% by doing the same..

Sometimes I have Touchscreen problems thats my touchscreen not work...I must put out and in my battery that the touchscreen works and I can enter my Pin

Disk was no longer present after I had cut it on a Vista pc via usb cable....I must put out and in my battery...

This is my result after a week of normal use


the only problem what I have with FW 9.3.9 is to pairing my BT-Headset...I need 5-6 Times that the pairing is successful...
BT-Pairing solved, works on first Time with 9.3.9

Yeah, i have the same problem with the battery. It must be charged everyday, with the fw 0.9.3.9 every 3 days with normal use.
Battery is the only problem I have (after 1 week use).

i actually don't have that battery problem i do have to charge it everyday but i can tell you that i use the music player excessively i would even go as far as to say that i use it for 8 hours + so its not too bad

By me too, I loaded yesterday morning my Battery from Phone, make calls, hear Music, play GBA@same Time, wrote SMS yesterday and today....

and my Battery is by 50% by FW 9.3.9.....

I have a 1300 mAh Battery...

Report whether you have a M8 or M8 SE and whether you have the battery drain problem.
There seems to be some connection between.
I have no problems AT ALL with the firmware, i'm loving it.
Btw, i own a first edition Meizu M8.

With FW 9.3.18 -> I have battery Problems - I must charge every day(my battery is after 12H by 20%)

With FW 9.3.9 -> No Battery Problems - My battery is after 38H by 50% and I´m not connect in this time the phone to a PC


By both Firmeware the same setting....

with a 1300mAh battery


Ok tumy07 and silent-neo your turn...what for Phone you are use? First Edition or Second Edition, 8 GB or 16GB, 1200mAh or 1300mAh battery?
