Hi,

i have now firmware 9.2.8 and think about upgrading to 9.2.9 or wait till Firmware 1.0.0. Thats why i asked when this Firmware comes.
Should i wait? Or upgrade to 9.2.8????

Could you rewrite your question, please

You shouldn't upgrade to 0.9.2.9 by no means...latest official firmware version is 0.9.3.9, you should upgrade to that one.

China´s new year´s eve is indeed on februar 14th (sorry, my fault).

I doubt that it will be true. I really admire the meizu community/ fans for its/their patience, it´s almost 1 year since the factoring but a stable software release is still missing.

In my opion meizu just has time until next android generation phones coming (Google Nexus One...). Either m8 has finally the fw 1.0 which supports WM/Android tools or meizu needs a much longer attempt to break into the smartphone market.

I love my m8 because of its entertainment possibilities, but bugs/instability are so ugly. Well, it´s a love-hate-relationship between me and my m8.

I guess if meizu can really break into the smartphone market. Actually the others companies have advantages and meizu is not running fast enough to catch them. Maybe they shall consider a new market, not the phone one.

For my part i dont mind if it takes another half year. I realize the new FW will be a large upgrade, but i think the current FW and ui is awesome.

I understand that some people expect more of their Meizu M8 than me, but seeing as my m8 cost me about a third as much as my Xperia I dont mind having to work on it or customize it.
