Other test FW leak by Jwong today 11/16

When i install one app from MyStore, all desktop icons are deleted, just the app icon still there.
So i advice you to wait for new firmware if you wanna try MyStore

A question about the MyStore: it seems that those are user-made apps? So they are free? And I probably need a working internet connection for the MyStore?

Same happened to me, somehow app install causing serious system errors... A registry reset fixed it for me.

Um, how do I log into the phone after I've entered the numbers? I can press the cancel button, but can I call if I do it? Have not tried it yet and it's pretty late to do it now.. I think it's quite bad that you can read every sms on the phone when you haven't even loged into the phone properly however. But it will probably be fixed in the later releases..

You should always backup everything when you update your firmware. You don't have a copy of all the contacts on your sim-card btw?

The build-in World Clock doesn't play sound. A pop-up window does show up though.

Anyone has same problem?

I think I'll stick to the 16/11 version for now. Although sms receipt seems to be hit and miss

I can confirm that...just woke up an hour late, I think I'm going back to 0.9.3.8... A pop-up window shows up and the phone vibrates ONCE. How cool is that?

Here are the bugs I experienced with this firmware:

- Can't delete any photo taken by the camera, even through Explorer

- Camera closes itself randomly

- Can't always add photos to contacts; I get the choose photo dialogue and then see a list of photo albums. But before I can select an album, the menu reverts back to the contact screen.

- Phone turns itself off randomly, and can't be restarted without first taking the battery out and putting it back in - this has happened three times in 48 hours

- MSN can't send messages; the 'send' button is greyed out (I also had this with the last beta firmware)

It's still looking good though; Meizu is making good progress on the firmware front, IMO.

I would be really supprised if not the one or other meizu engeneer looks into this forums, and so i think any reported bug would be good for the system :D

Haha me too was late for work, gone back to version 9.3.8

For me the Backup doesn't work....

Its just this box that comes up "Backup" and underneath a button "x cancel", but nothing happens...

This is really annoying cause I added new contacts, received sms and added new things to my calender and I need those but I don't know which one I added since last backup....!

What can I do to backup my stuff now?

Press "Backup" after that menu popped up It's sort of a confirmation.
