Help! M button set up to change ring off/on

By testing new 9.5.7. FW was my M button set up to ring on/off function (i haven't set it up by myself ). So now i cannot close any software running and cannot switch to desktop. I tried factory reset, clear registry, but nothing help. How to repair it? THX.

you can pull down the left side of the taskbar to quickly open SMS, or switch between currently running applications like Browser, Music Player... - very cool function and it's working flawlessly (smooth)

and you can pull down the middle of taskbar to open the taskmgr ，double click the m button is open the music and many many new functions you will find haha

Yes, cool functions. But if you need to start some other software without M button u are dead. It's very strange because i haven't done any changes. My M8 just freeze and after restart (battery out) got this problem.

Once again, the firmware you are using is a TEST version, BETA STAGE. Don't expect it to work flawless. Try upgrading the device again ( reinstalling the firmware). Probably something went wrong.

You should only see the ring on/ring off screen when you press the M button + one of the volume keys. See if the volume keys are stuck!

U was right Nice to know u. The volume button was stuck. I guess the phone get wet. I left it open for whole night and all became as normal at morning. All it's happened after the rain. I was listen music on the way home, but have the phone under the raincoat. But maybe some drops got in. Thx for help.
