Thanked 0 Times in 0 PostsI think the real question is: when is the 100% 1.0.0.1 firmware going to be released? I heard it was going to be this year... can anyone confirm that?

Thanked 1 Time in 1 Posti downloadet fw 0.9.5.122 and even its a leaked version it works ok, the best thing and i hope they keep it that way in fw is, that it saves the keybord as you used it last time. so if you are an english writing person you dont need to change it evry time. if you are writing in chinese you may use your finger to draw-write the characters, what i think is really good.

Up to 2 Years later now.
Is there any information about a release? Could somebody get in contact with Jack Wong?

Thanked 173 Times in 72 Postsmisi66, you should not care for the 1.0.0.0 fw, the current firmware is really stable and you can only be happy with that.

Thanked 189 Times in 130 Postslol,
That might have been an option
The latest FW is more or less stable although it still contains some bugs we got used to
I presume it will be a reply from them that says all and nothing.. I gave up mailing them cause I never have gotten a real answer from them :Si wrote a message to meizu. I'll post the answer.

Thanked 14 Times in 5 PostsYou're not the only one... First problem was that they didn't understand me properly. I think my english isn't the best but it's quite well and understandable. They often replied very strange (answers didn't fit to my questions xD)... And if they managed it somehow to get they right topic they didn't walk the walk but talk the talk. So no useful informations in it

I gave it up, too...

Thanked 14 Times in 5 PostsActually, everyone should be able to speak English rough, especially when working in such a company...
But you are correct we can't complain about it. I just wanted to state clearly that mailing them has no sense really because of such basic problems like proper communication

Thanked 10 Times in 7 PostsExcuse me but I dont think that the actual firmware is like an official one.
I will not list all the problems of the firmware but, just to list some of them, the GSM connection sometimes crash, the clock alarm rings after the wakeup time if you start the phone after the wakeup time, a bug do not let me copy the contacts from sim to phone (but ok it is not a chinese sim card) and the calendar (one of the most important elements of a smart phone - more then the mp3 player...) is a TOTAL mess and is totaly useless.
I'm sure that we will never see a 1.0 official firmware, so the only chance is to work on the android firmware.
