[PlutoWare] [10/12 update] PlutoWeather v0.1.0.0 weather-based software, Google Weath

There is a switch, but not in the URL. I tried the link to the google API and got the results in °C and german messages for the conditions. The parameter is the language setting of the browser preferences.

The author can set the locale in the request header "Accept-Language" for the http request. It would be great if we could set this locale in the ini-File, so everybody can have its own language and unit.
