Where to find UCWeb 6.7 Eng Cab??

Some time back ;someone had informed that the UCWeb 6.7 was translated by "Alexiee" into both russian and English.
There was also a link for the Russian version, I downloaded that and it works like a charm, but I have not been able to locate the Eng Version. If it was created then someone might have downloaded it, so this is my request to all the users here, if you have it can you upload it here so that we all here can get it too....

I had left a PM for Alexiee as well, but have not received any reply, maybe he is MIA, so if anyone here did download the UCWeb 6.7 Eng, please upload it or give pointers as to where we can get it...

PS: I uploaded the UCWeb 6.3 Eng version here long time back, please do not confuse that with this request...

He did translate it... but just cant find ir... and I am not sure if Alex and Alexiee are the same persons...
