can i install pocket pc apps on M8

i have a question can i install pocket pc application and games on m8
if yes how ?
if no why ?
m8 os is windows ce i think it should be ok

Meizu os is indeed based on windows ce 6 (pro),
if it will run ppc applications it will depend on the application it self,

or test the program on m8
