I think this only works with very old firmwares, so I wouldn't recommend trying...

Have you tried this one?: Meizu Me - Downloads - Dynamic Desktop Widget Eng.

I recommend not to use dynamic wallpapers on M8. They do work, but make the whole UI working much slower than it normally does...I don't think it's worth.
