Need help to install applications, please?

I live in Norway, I got mine Meizu M8 (16gb, white) yesterday, and I am leaving for holiday tommorow so I need help. I have tried to install several applications but it dosent work. When I extract the "rar" files into my M8 (root) and click the cab. file or the setup.xml I get this message "can not find program to open the file". Can somone please tell me what I am doing wrong? Thanks!

You can only install a *.cab file. Use the program manager to start the installation. If you have a *.rar file without a *.cab file, only a *.exe file, so you can start the *.exe directly on your M8. You can use Meizu Me - Downloads - M8Sprite English [Cab Installer]
to add the icon for the *.exe to your desktop.

Line 2 row 3 on your M8 desktop. Its like the Explorer with a skin.

I think you're trying to extract cab files with winrar...give us an example of what you downloaded and what you did step by step.
