How to uninstall fingerKB

I have quite big problem. I install fingerKB and i lost Chinese input which i in fact need because im at the moment in china. I try to uninstall fingerKB and i have error with fingerkb.dll i continue and program desappire from my programs list but when i try to write anything there is no keyboard at all. I restart phone and still no keyboard. So i had to install fingerkb again to be able to write anything. anyway it don't support dictionary input which is quite anoying

fingerkb.dll you can restart and delete
