short question from a dumb guy...:

you wrote that the app "sometimes works quite good"...isn´t it kinda risky to use this programm? what is if this app doesn´t remember my fingerprint or i´ll cut my finger (only a bit...not complete off...)?

No, it's a FAKE. It doesn't do anything, just simulates a fingerprint scanner.

N2KU: it is not fake, like coninsan said. I tryed it with a little finger, and then a big finger, that doesnt work. I you use a finger from somebody elso with about the same size, then it does work:P. But it cant actually read your fingerprint, but it can, basically, read the size of your finger.
I think this is also a good program to lock you M8, as the 'drag here-way':D
If you scan your finger, it says code:XX, that XX is about the size you need

I'll try now, how to let it be the default unlocker?

i think it is not possible to set it as default

12 points sensi. + strong pressure any finger of any hand = unlock screen

It's supposed to be a joke application, as there is no technology that can read your fingerprint on the M8.

or on the iPhone phones are just not sophisticated enough yet!

There are phones with built in fingerprint readers you know...

The program actually did some comparison, set the sensitivity to 30 and you will see the difference.

If you have problem to unlock, delete the config.ini file in \Disk\Programs\FingerMark\.

lol, but it's not real. Touchscreens have no capability of reading fingerprints whatsoever.

It just seems to measure pressure.

Also notice it is the same fingerprint every time you scan...

the image is a fake but if you try with different fingers you will get different codes

do they use a touch screen? there is a similar game for iPhone, called fingerprint matcher, which uses multitouch to detect two fingers
