I'm amazed nobody have heard of it before though.

Just one annoying thing, it change the com port every time you launch the BT COM software or maybe I do something wrong?

    Smile Adapt AD-300 working

    Hi people,

The Adapt AD-300 bluetooth GPS receiver works. (30 Euro, found at tweakers.net)

It always works fine with Route66, but Igo + BT-COM does not always work. Sometimes BT-COM returns no device found.
I don't think this is the problem of the GPS device though.

    Regards,

    Symen

    Cool

Also works if you use another mobile phone as a GPS receiver.

I have a Nokia N95 running a free beta program called Symarctic ExtGPS and Igo 8.3.4 will connect via BT COM to the mobile phone and accept GPS data.

Probably a little too expensive, and more than a little pointless to use a GPS enabled phone to provide the M8 with GPS data, but good for me as I had one lying around and Nokia Maps has no maps for where I am currently living, and internet roaming charges for google maps are astonishing.

Anybody care to post a screenshot or something with a working setup? Either Igo or Rout66?
