Can I install program that work on Windows mobile6?

Are Programs that worked on WM6 compatible with M8?

Please do a search before opening new threads like this. Windows Mobile programs are not supported, because the M8 is using Windows CE (different OS).

Pkraz! posted MioMaps that apparently works on M8, it was designed for PocketPC. So maybe, but probably not.

Do you think most Win CE apps should work on the M8? I'm desperate to have a e-mail client that works with Microsoft Exchange through the ActiveSync connection, like RoadSync from Dataviz, for example

Its not an across the board No. Reason being that although WinCE and WinMo are essentially different OS they are built upon the same framework, not to mention when upgraded they both use .NetCF 3.5 which give generally the same libraries and similar codes. So I know it can't be a general NO NOTHING WILL WORK. Its probably closer to a MOST OF THEM WON'T WORK. I'm pretty sure TCPMP works as a few people have noted. Its just a matter of if codes match.

TomTom7 is running on M8. But it can´t found any MAP :-/

This Version of TomTom7 is running on my HTC Touch. And i can install it on my M8!! But it can´t found any MAP.

I tryed, I was able to launch the soft too, but he wasn't able to find any cards ...
