UcWeb on Wifi- Works WONDERFULLY
Guys, I have been using the UCweb ever since this post gave me the english version.
The issue I have is, originally I got the whole context menu when I presses on a pic, now it is not there, I have tested all the settings, obviously I am missing something.
So if someone knows how to get the full context mane let ma mknoiw.
Second is, reading here I thought the UCWeb did not work with WiFi....
IT DOES.
This is what I did.
Enable the Wifi
Then, in Sprite, add the col extension to the txt opening association.
This way now I can open the .col file in the UCWeb in on board text reader.
Tap on the settings, enable edit.
In the WIFI, change from 0 to 1
Save..
Restart the phone
make sure wifi is up and running
tap on the 34KB file in the UCWeb folder, not the 1MB file.
This will open UCweb, it will take some time to configure itself...
It is really fast, I downloaded a 467KB file in 1/5 of a sec.
So if you tested this and found it not working... test again.
Make sure you are not trying to run the browser from the 1MB file but a 34KB file with the same name in the same folder.
