GPS for M8 -MioMap 2008!

MioMap 2008 Version 2.2.4687713

I downloaded this app which is made for ppc...and what do ya know...it works! I should add that i posted this app last year on the forum for someone to test, but no one did. Well credit goes to me now....ha ha!

It's only that big because it has to keep the database of maps inside the M8, and not like the iPhone's required constant data connection to Google Maps.

When I launch the .exe software, the loading screens appears .. then I go back to the "Documents" file...

Don't how to fix it does anyone have a real working version ?

We are all waiting for you reply of how you have done this. You dont need to upload this, just tell us where you got it from.

Well we don't know, I tryed Tom Tom 7, iGo8, and Route66 but none of these worked. I even installed a "laucnh PPC software" software for our M8 but it didn't help !

TomTom7 it running, but it can´t found any Map :-/

I think you need to find a PNA version of the software not the PDA version.
I didn't receive my m8 yet so I can't test it

People, always remember that you're not on your own here. MioMap is not free software, so don't encourage anybody to infringe on copyrights. We all assume that pKraz has downloaded (installed) the software legally from the original DVD, don't we ? Otherwise the thread will be closed.
Got problems running any proprietary software ? Call the manufacturer's support.

No i think most of the people want gps to work first and then 'of course' buy the dvd.

NOBODY IS GOING TO BUY THE DVD AND TRY IT. you dont know if it fails.....

So if pKraz post where he got the Miomap from to 'try' it might even encourage people to buy the software, MioMap might get some new customers then.....

Also using warez to "tryout" proprietary software is illegal, even if you buy the software afterwards. Most software companies offer free trials to let you check if their products run conveniently on your hardware.
Last but not least : what you do and what you post in a forum are two different shoes.
LVL, I understand your motivation, but posting links to warez is prohibited in this forum. Also talking about warez or where to get them is a no go. End of transmission.

don't worry guys, I'm about to bring some love to the M8 soon. Working on a Youtube player and a working version of google Maps that works with Streetview..

Normally it should be possible to use a PNA version of a gps software cause a lot of the PNA are running on WinCE like the M8. I will make some test as soon as I have my M8
