How to create CAB files for the M8?

There are lots of applications and games for the M8 that when installed, show up as weird characters when in English mode.

The shortcut names can be changed in a XML file within their respective CAB files. The question is how do you create a CAB file? Most programs can only extract from CAB files.

I belive "WinCE CAB Manager" made by OCP Software is what you're looking for. You can open and edit existing .cab files, but you can also make your own. Haven't tested it out my self yet, but will sure do when I get my hands on it!

Cool, this means that we can change the desktop title for software before installing. Useful for Meizu Me users who prefer English to garbled text!
