unknown apps

What are these apps? they are in chinese and downloaded very often
what can i do with them and if they are usefull can somebody translate them?

the 2nd one is 'Bulls and cows' some kind of mastermind with numbers.
It is in english when you install it.

I think I tried the first one... it can generate "snowing" on your desktop and in any app... kinda ugly though and pointless imo.
