hmm it dosnt seem very credible,as carrying out experiments like this in a lab require much more sophisticaed and sensitive equipment with a better physical connection to the individual.

afaik Sleep Cycle is based on proven lab results. And even if it was not, what are you afraid of ? It only wakes you up, so maybe it works for you or maybe not. I think this would be VERY cool to have with a Meizu mobile ! And I would even pay for it !

Bobby Q,seriously what are you talking about?afraid of what?I know how it works, ive used it on an iphone. I dont knbow if you are familiar with experimental procedures or not maybe you are,but credibility of results is largely linked to the experimental error. The error in the sleep cycle is large due to the method, therefore as i said making it not very credible.I did not state it didnt have it uses,i just said it should not be taken for more than it is.

Oh yes! Honestly, this would be my personal killer application for the iPhone - if I didn't dislike Apple and its behaviour that much! So it would be very nice if somebody could make a similar thing for the M8.

As im intersted in such a think too, i will think over a concepts and maybe build such an application.
I can promise nothing but i will think about how this can be done.
Seems not too hard

this thread got me so interested in that app, that i actually borrowed an ipod touch in order to test it :D :D :D .
i hope it also works well for me and if it does i would want that app for my meizu, aswell!
the trickiest thing will be to get a hold of the sleep pattern algorithm from that app, i guess.
r3wDy, if you could really pull that off, you'd probably become a legend worldwide

Nice to see other people wanting this aswell and not only me :P
I know its not that popular to mimick iPhone, but this app sounds fantastic
Let hope somone can make it , and that we Meizu-fanatics can test it out

yeah, it´s a cool thing. I want it too.
I found some helpful informations about "healthy sleep cycle" and there is a portable tool for Windows too.
Source: SleepChart: Formula for Healthy Sleep
Tool: http://www.supermemo.org/ftp/sleepchart.zip
p.s. if anyone knows, how to extract source code of an ipa file. I can deliver the Sleep Cycle ipa file.

I guess you might be able to make a Filbrowser.exe shortcut with parameters to where your games are stored.

if anyone finds out how to do that I am highly interested ! afaik it does not react to parameters, and it always opens with the last opened place from the registry (also see here : Media files on network disk)
@Bears1 : you can create folders with links to apps within M8Dock.

thank you for that german article. It seems that SleepCycle's internet hype is uncalled for. The program measures "something" but cannot reliably determine the sleep cycles. So it's basically a placebo effect that SleepCycle is based on because the hit probability is increasing in the morning hours.

not completely useless...still an alarmclock:P
but anyways..i want one:P so if anyone can make it, im up for it...
even if it's a placebo effect, it's still an effect to take into consideration
and, the placebo cant be tested, but still works for some
for example: I get carsick alot, and i bought these armbands. never been carsick after that! my father thinks it's bollocks, but i belive in them and therefor they work :P
thank for the answers to my previous question

People usually have 3 hour cycles in sleep so you can wake up fresh and cool after 3, 6, or 9 hours of sleeping. or use mind controll. or use this app ... i tried the first two and works. waiting for the last one:P
