Android gets a meizu like app

Just found this on engadget.

If I recall there is already a app for meizu witch does this. So does this means they can't cell it anymore or that android is coppying something?

I noticed the article also, but i never have seen such a meizu app.
(could be mistakken since i don´t really install any apps)
But i am interesting to know if apple get´s the patent, if so there is something really wrong.
all those patents are letting us down, this way we will never see some innovative gadgets.

this patent is already nokia's as its being used , well before android had it, on symbian touch devices ... so if theres an infringement it will be both google and apple infringing nokia's patent
as far as the app that lets you do this on the m8 its called M8 caller it developed by appdome (i think) and it costs about 0.99$ its a cool app search for the video on youtube
