How does this app work?

When somebody has your Meizu, puts his SimCard in it.....this app should send an SMS to the recievers number ...

I want to ask:

1. How does this work? Does the insert sim card need money to send the sms? Or is it absolutely free?

2. I dont know how you´ll act...but when i find i phone i wouldn´t just turn it on. Before that i would reset it completely! So for me those kind of apps are just a bunch of useless software which slows my meizu m8 down?

I would say: If anybody finds your phone, the first thing he will do is to exchange sim cards...
Most people does not even know how to install app, do you think that anybody knows how to reset this phone???
And it does not slow your phone down.
And: once your phone got stolen, you will wish, you had done something before!

yeah for the most people it´s right. My phone will not be stolen

For sure, apps like this, if they really work ... are no guarantee you get your phone back...
But still, people watch those touchscreen phones...everybody thinks it´s an iphone at the first look...and so perfect for thiefs!

Finaly one that seems to support international numbers =)
still i will stay with the TerminatorX because i know it works for me
ans also because rori worked so hard to adapt it to so many countrys (thanks again)

and since there is no thing like a free SMS yes it will cost the sender and he needs to have money on the card. (else i would change the number quite often to send free SMS to my friends ^^)
