Thanked 5 Times in 4 PostsThe best program for the m8 : VNC
I have this program called VNC. Its absolutely awesome,
i downloaded it from
Google Translate
it allows you to view your desktop from you M8 phone and you can interact with your computer without being near your computer.
able to drag and drop, click\right-click, input text through your phone as if you had vista running on your phone.
try it out.
needed:
1. M8
2. NETCFv35
find here Meizu Me - Downloads - NetCF 3.5
3. VNC for M8
Find here Google Translate
4. Real VNC server i have VNC 4.1.3 Google that, im tired of searching...
A little Buggy at first startup because i am running Vista on my desktop
You must download a vnc server for your computer.
I am running vnc 4.1.3 on my desktop
Some of the changes you have to make are
-You must NOT register VNC when installing, if you did by accident then click on startmenu/all programs/RealVNC/VNC server 4 (Service mode)/Unregister VNC service.exe
-When running the VNC server you must change Accept connections on port:5920 in the "Connections" tab of the properties
-if running a firewall, change the options and allow VNC to connect.
and when you are connecting to VNC with your phone you must be on your wifi network and enter the ip address along with the new PORT which is changed to 5920. you can find your ip address when you scroll over the VNC server in your desktop tray. it will be a number like so 192.168.0.xxx
when connection my miezu shows this "192.168.0.173::5920"
this took me almost the entire day to figure out. translating chinese to english and getting vnc to run on vista and trial and error with the problems i ran into but it was worth it. THE ONLY Problem with this program is the refresh rate is a little slow and there is no sound from your phone when playing audio. only picture. Tip: to speedup the refresh rate, give the phone less to display(change the resolution on your computer)
So the next time someone is on your computer and you have this program running, mess with them by clicking around with your phone. lol

Thanked 4 Times in 4 PostsTry the English one. Its the same as the Chinese one. Only the keyboard is not working. I was only able to type the IP but not able to type the password.
If you tried the English one, its far easier to handle the Chinese one later.
Translating is really tricky bcause its not a PE file its a .net file which is not supported by IDA

use vMouse to open up the keyboard (click and hold til blue, then drag your finger to the upper right).
Can you guys get it working ? I have installed the latest ultravnc server and can connect to it from another computer (myIP:5900), but not with this application (I use the english one from sourceforge). When I want to connect it always says "unable to connect to server". Any suggests ?
EDIT : guys I got it ! I just had to reboot my machine, and it worked ! Now trying to fit my desktop onto the M8 somehow.BatMan, the free video converter for Meizu players. Problems ? English First Aid here. Deutsche Erste Hilfe hier.
