Thank you both for your feedback and loyalty.

The answer to the crystal case button extender question is; it depends on the version, SP or SL. SP's require the button extender, and these cases come with the extender. The SL does not have a power button any longer since it uses the Enter button to power on and off, so it doesn't need or come with the extender.

All of the USB chargers are standard two prong N. American type. Let me know if there are any additional questions.
