We do ship to Canada, and the cost is $15 via USPS Priority mail.

The Dane-Elec firmware doesn't fully support Chinese characters, but changing to the Meizu firmware is an easy solution. Swapping firmware does not void the warranty, so there is no concern in doing so.

I can put the Meizu firmware on for you prior to shipping if that would make it easier.
