3g sim card in M8

Hello,

will a 3g sim work in the m8 ?
As my current phone uses 3g on O2 will the same sim card work in the M8 and not get the 3g signal or will i need a new sim card for the phone to even work??

It should work perfectly! The only thing is that the sim-card is compatible with the 3G signal, but if the phone doesn't support 3G, to your sim it will look like you're just in an area where there are no 3G coverage.
