Difference Between Beta and final Version ??

I have just bought an M8 off ebay, looking at the description they have took of *********** it says its a Beta version ?

Whats the difference ?? it is going have dodgy firmware or hardware in it ??

If says With Wifi, must be wifi lol
All you need is M8sprite to enable it ^^
