Sync with Thunderbird?

Hi - I have just installed Linux Mint and was wondering if you can sync contacts with Thunderbird?

Ow here you are ,
so it is a problem of sync thunderbird with m8.
MM i never tried it to be honest so i can not say immediatly what to do.

If this does not lead anywhere, have a look on ubuntu/debian forums.
This is because Linux mint is based on ubuntu series and then again ubuntu series is based on debian source.

I have been trying most of day with active sync but so far no luck... may give funambol a go..will keep you posted evow04

Hi everyone,
if u use Thunderbird and want to sync with your M8, there is something else then ActiveSync.
U can use Lightning with Thunderbird for your Contacts, Mails and Events.
With
FinchSync Home
You can synchronize that with your Phone.

Ill test it the next days and post Results, but it should work since many People used it.

i currently have the problem, that if i open the application on the meizu i cannot type anything in the fields where i need to type the server adress username pw etc.
I can "klick" in that field and the cursor blinks but the keyboard does not appear..
i use the new firmware (leak 24.12.) is it bcs of that?

Install the "keyboard pop-up" (download section)...and when you need the keyboard, you set f.ex. with "Maintan" (download section), where to touch the screen or any button you have, to pop up the keyboard!-easy

Hi and thanks, its nice to know about these apps, but unfortunately it seems that maintain is not working with the leak release fw that i am using, becaus when i enter some folders in which i want to chose an *.exe file to execute with a certain gestic it just crashes..

it seems like i should wait for the final fw release ^^
