Noob Question...Easiest way to upload screenshots

Sorry guys stupid question but every time i go to upload a screenshot i have to convert the size of the photo blah blah blah to be able to upload a photo to this site.

Is there an easier way of doing this without converting? Can I change the resolution of the screen shots when I'm actually taking them?

You can resize the for example in paint.
Select : "image" - "resize" to do this.

Some storage website also offer you the possibility to resize while uploading to them.

Thanks evow04 that is what i have done previously was wondering if there was an easier way
