Need help urgent!

All my files in my M8 suddenly went missing!!I reformatted it and it says reformatting failed!!I can't do anything now,please help me out!!

Can you be a bit more specific.
Are you talking about not being able to access your files using the Meizu itself [going through the 'Documents' icon?], or are you connected to ur PC and unable to view any files on 'Disc' that way.
What files are you talikng about?... Ur themes, videos, contacts?, or the entire root system?
What do you mean by 'reformating'?.. registry clean, firmware update or an actual hard format of the disc itself?
Making that clearer might give a better idea of what the problem is.

Everything was gone when i link it to the computer through USB,i saw nothing inside the drive.I used firmware upgrade but it failed.everything that i have in my phone like music,notes and apps are missing too.When not in USB mode,the folders are still missing when i find it by clicking Documents.
