tiny icons in control.exe

When I click on control.exe the control screen comes up and all the icons are about the size of a pencil eraser. When I click on one of them the selection arrows in the new window are about the size of a pin head. My big fingers can't change things like the time zones because the slider is sooo small. How can you work around this????

It's a capacitive screen, it's not designed for pen use. It is supposed that you doesnt work with ce "professional" applications but just with the "big icons" one designed for capacitive touchscreens.

How do you use explorer.exe then? Everything is too small to work with.
