Sorry, I can't open the video when on work, what exactly is this? V.1.0 FW and the new UI? Seems to have cover flow...nice!

I'm sorry but almost all of those are/look fake to me

They are fake, look at the battery icon right above, its not the same, like 3 different battery icons :S

In one of the pictures, notice how the recorder and calculator icons/labels are misplaced. This looks fake for sure, with some skillful photo editing and not so much attention to detail. Although, if this UI was to be realized with a relatively bug-free firmware, the M8 would be sweet.

because it china, there is so many M8 users over there, and the amount of dreamers is huge. The combo of them plus the knowledge of photoshop ends up with this

True, and it seems that this is a hard learning proces that many manufacturars do not understand,
your clients will provide you free idea´s on how to develop a device that will be a hit on selling records.. only if you listen to them ..

Probably because they doesnt want a selling record (you choose the number of items to product before you enter a market, try the hit seller may be an economical error that bring to crash), but just a normal product with minimum difficulty. Or maybe because they are not capable or too young (look at the firmwares).
