Broken Meizu M8 front (please help)

Hi,

I bought Meizu M8 month ago. The phone is really great and I love it

I droped it yesterday and its front was totally broken but the phone is still working with its full functionalities. only problem my phone is not pretty anymore.

Can someone tell me where to buy a new front for Meizu. Is that possible to replace it ?

It's terrible,I think you should mail it to china then repair it.

One method is to ship it in china, but it will be expensive and will take a long time.
Surely you can take over the front cover, the screen is not damage, but I'm not sure if you can change the broken glass with an other glass and have a good work done. You may try.

Myself did not find any replacement screens yet, (maybe in some chinese shops..?)
like others mention you could ship it to meizu for repairs, or could make yourself a new glass panel (some dudes did this also for a broken iphone)

about the selfmade glass replacement, maybe you can ask a window repearer to make a glass like the original one

its in possible because the touch digitizer is the glass by self i have the same problem with my meizu m8 first my memory is broken and know my glass

Yep. i dropped my meizu m8 yesterday because some fucking idiot pushed me, my front is broken to. trying to get money from ensurance.

im so happy that my front is not broken, my phone drop so often when im drunk^^

I would have knocked him out when my Meizu was in such condition....

I know. i almost cried, but we are going to call the insurance and tell them my little brother accidentally swept it from the table resulting in a broken phone.

hopefully the will cover it!
I guess it wont be that easy but.. who doesnt try doesnt know!

I am wondering if we will ever see some repair parts for the m8..

PS; if you have news about it, and you wont be use the device any more, maybe it could be usefull to open it up and make some high quality pictures from the prints.. could be useful in the android topic :P

I will certainly do that if i'll get a new one and done use this one anymore
