How to refresh Photos?

Hi MeizuMe,

where can I find the refresh option for the photos?

Some have thumbnails, but most of the pictures I added with my computer just have the gray standard thumbnail.

I already searched the forum and google, but I couldn't an answer.

Unfortunately there's no such option. You can only wait until the phone shows the real thumbnails...takes some time.

Hmm I've already waited 3 weeks...

Is there any way to force the M8 to do a refresh?
How about reset registry?

I have about 1500 pictures on the phone, and I noticed that in one folder it simply gives no more thumbnails to all images having a higher starting character and all folder coming after this folder.

In other words, is there a certain limit of thumbnails the M8 will create?

I'm not sure, but I believe that if you delete the ThumbDB folder inside the folder where you keep the photos, the M8 will try to make new thumbnails.
But I cannot guarantee that it will work..

I don't know if there is any thumbnail limmit, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was. Try not to keep too many photos in the same folder. That may result in photos not getting any thumbnail.

But as I said, I'm not sure of what I'm saying is true since I don't have a lot of photos on the phone..

TRY VIEWING them, bigger pics cant be displayed by the Meizu M8!!

Question for you guys, how do i change the resolution of a couple of hundred pic automatically? the meizu can only display smaller pics. (will NOT display 10mega pixel pictures) I know photoshop 7.0 does it, but i forgot how to do it with an entire folder of pictures.

IrfanView, or Faststone Image Viewer are good at batch resizing (and also great photo viewers - both free softwares)

Format Factory is very nice too! I've only converted a few photos with it, but it worked great!
I discovered yesterday that it has some preset settings for converting video into the optimal format and resolution for the M8! There is actually a MeiZu tab where you can find settings for the M8

I have 3 to 5 programs, and this is a all-in-one programm WITH multilanguage! Very nice find! It contains lots of phones, even de M8!
