WiFi just stopped working

Hi I managed to set up GPRS and got it working but now my wifi has stopped. It connects to various networks and I get full signal in top left icons but when I try to connect it says error cannot locate network server or network problems - any ideas anyone please?

turn wifi off and restart the phone
Wait for 15 min
Turn wifi on, select the right network and it should work again.

Or go to wifi settings and try the various settings (auto, closed, or even manual) make sure you get an ip address.

Restarting didn't work. Sorry to be ignorant but where are the wifi settings ? I am getting around the phone quite well now but can't seem to find the wifi settings - I have M8 sprint installed.

Go to wifi
Turn on wifi(if turned on already, let it search for a little while)
for example you get:
sitecom488366 (lock)(signal)(arrow)
Press on the arrow
It will reveal some settings

You can try to set it to closed(if already on closed try auto)
If this does not work, try pressing the big orange button forget this network(the current password will be erased) or press forget all networks(all currents password for networks will be erased).
So you retype the password and see if it works now
