    I think the trick is to send (a little) electricity into the screen, so be sure to touch the screen as much as possible with a metal part of the lighter

    Good News! The lighter method worked.......for about two hours
    Now it's even worse off. Cant do anything except listen to music and play balanceball, even then i have to press the play button for 5 minutes before i might get it to work.
    For anyone who has sent the M8 back for repairs, was it possible to do it without sending it back to the reseller first? Cause my reseller had "problems" when i sent it and he sent it back. Im not willing to pay 40 bucks again.

    I did not do it but you can contact meizu directly..
    Check their website for the mail address
