So my question is how and where do I update my firmware and what does it gives?

1. You can get firmwares here on this site, in the Firmware section, you can normally read what fixes are included in the given firmware.
2. You simple upgrade by plugging your M8 into your pc, and placing the xip file in the root of your phone, and afterwards booting the phone into upgrade mode by turning it on with the powerbutton + volume up. (please correct me if im wrong

Thanked 10 Times in 7 PostsWell, there is something called "Netiquette". It mean that we use text properties to simulate the voice modes. For example, this is normal writing, like if I'm talking to you normally, LOUD VOICE is shifted text. Bold, as you can now understand, means that you're emphasizing your comment, but you say you're not, so you're not following Netiquette (that is required in every forum).

About the firmwares, use the firmware you see faster and with less bugs.
