Does the M8 have predictive text?

This is one feature I really enjoyed on my old (lost/stolen) iPhone.

yup and if you don't want to write chinese or english the m8 will learn the words...

is there a setting to activate this? i was trying an M8 in the store today, and there was no apparent predictive text for english....i was misspelling almost everything.

did you use the english keyboard?

yes it was definitely in english, enabled by the employee there. guess i'll have to go back and try it out again.

oh and one more thing, can the keyboard rotate to landscape mode? we tried this at the store and didn't seem to have this function.

no landscape is only available in the browser yet
