Is this while the phone is connected to the computer?
If it is while your phone is connected to the computer then this is normal. As soon as you disconnect phone and PC the Disk folder will return.

I would suggest a registry reset. Hold down the M+power button while powering on the phone until you see a message saying "Clearing Registries".

Then backup your data (if there's anything left) go to Settings > System > System Reset > Reset Factory Settings - maybe this will help.

I see you have posted it to Meizu english forum as well. Don't worry I'm sure they will come up with a solution, they check the forum every day and help with problems. Then we can add this problem to our FAQ

I had this problem too once. I think I fixed it by just taking out the battery for a while, not sure though.

    Use the search function,
somewhere on the forum there is a description on how you could solve it with a hexeditor since it was a known bug experienced by many users..

I dont know what that problem is and what you need to hexedit but i can acess all my phones files with ActiveSync using Total commander and the ActiveSync plugin for it.

I had the same poblem, only solution is send back to m8 HQ to restore the DISC Folder. I made the mistake of deleting my WIN CE settings under windows folder and after reboot, why the m8 couldn't read the DISK.
