Keyboard in control.exe?

Hi!
Does anyone know how I can the keyboard to popup the control.exe applets?
I'm trying to edit some of the dialing properties, but am unable to edit text.

I have the same problem.

I want to replace the chinese local and country code bye the french one.
But the keyboard doesn't appear.

Maybe changing the local and country code can fix the issue with phone number beginning (e.g.in France) by +33 for calling, but viewed as 06... when receiving an SMS.

there are 2 different items configured for the numerotation, but it's written in chinese. Sorry i didn't succeed to insert a screen copy.

I got the same problem! I found some settings on the Qtek smartphonepage that i might get to work with mms if i only could access the keyboard in controlpanel...

About changing the phone number prefix to fix calleID issues, does not work, i did this in registry and it didn't work.
