With these adds ill certainly buy it.

I've been thinking about the minone and if I can get one with mobile phone connectivity I will definitely purchase however I still have a question. While a 720x480 res screen is great when are you ever going to utilse that high a screen res?? Because It will have only 8gb at the most, the video content I will be looking to play on it will need to be reencoded down so I can fit a decent amount of files on. Even divx and xvid uncompressed is very rarely anywhere near 720x480 res anyway. I also think meizu should include sd card expansion, they blatantly won't but would be nice, obviously wifi would be great too

The big screen would be AWSOME for pdf reading and Word writing (with a nice bluetooth keyboard :P)

How powerfull will the CPU/RAM be?
Can it support a GPS software? (with a helping hand from a bluetooth GPS receiver )

And yes, please, get WiFi !

anyone knows if the camera has the Macro function? to take sharp pictures of nearby items, like a written sheet (working as a sort of scanner :P)

Will it be unlocked??? i dont no if anyone thought of that and when i say unlocked i mean so that say u can change the phone network..

Does anyone know if it will be unlocked for all mobile phone networks? So that you can change the SIM card. And what does Q4 mean, what month will it be available.?

I hope it is sim-free...

Q4 means "4° quarter of the year"

Q1 = Jan, Feb, Mar

Impossible. Meizu are still having problems acquiring permission to release cellphones. As of yesterday, the release time frame was still "before 2008". Even a Q3 release is sketchy.

Shanghaiist are the same people who claimed that the Meizu CEO posts on Meizu Me. [Link]

8GB~310$,16GB~430$.I'm looking forward of it:D :D :D

You should ask your telecom operators first:D .As far as I know,NO cellphone sold in China is locked

China now using the GSM900 standard the same as Europe.But the 3G standard is quite different,so I don't think the Europe UMTS will be availiable....but you still can use the GSM network...

I'll offer you the latest information about the M8 and I am willing to do some translation work if you guys want....By the way,frankly speaking,I think the M8 is to good to be ture especially for its low price....Let's wish it will come ture~
