First, I'm not in charge of these forums.

Second, if you are going to say I'm unhelpful and call me "darling" at the same time, you'd better expect a little something in return, no? By the way, that "little something" also included the most comprehensive list of specifications for the M8 you will find on this forum. You're welcome.

Third, registering again under a different name and calling yourself "my friend" marks you as a bit of a psychopath.

Fourth, when you were "Ikepod" your avatar was the crest of a famous university in Germany. You also indicated in your profile that you were located in Beijing. If you are so well educated and living in the capital, how hard would it be to look up Beijing shops selling the M8 on Meizu's website:

???????

and go have a look at the M8 in person? You're in a much better position to get firsthand information than most people on this forum.

The english website for the M8 does not list bluetooth as a feature, and instead shows plugin headphones on the site images. Is this because the english version (by english I mean international) won't have bluetooth? Or more likely that they simply didn't list all the features on the specifcation page?

Its the new gadget hype..

Wifi in the M8 isn't a nessecaty in my oppinion, since most normal people wont even use it every day, but more likely for bragging rights.
The real nessecaty is GSM and a bit of EDGE, because without it, the phone wouldn't work at all

Right after that would be 3G, due to its all round mobility and "affordable" cost, and that fact that a laptop would be able to use the phone as a modem.

Other than that, a good camera w. video, MP3, a fair amount of Harddrive space, and bluetooth is the only good stuff in a phone i cant live without.
And so far the M8 doesn't fail to impress

sorry for my "late" answer, just my 5 cents

Wi-Fi isn't a necessity, but it helps a whole lot in the connectivity section. It gives the phone more features, for no additional cost to your current internet bill, such as MSN, Skype, web browsing, etc.

Hi, sorry to bring up this old topic, but has anyone figured out if the final version of the M8 is quadband or dualband? I've searched through the forums but some posts have said that only the test versions are quadband, and others that the final is as well. I have a test version that's quadband I'm just wondering what happened it the end.
Regards

I believe that the final version is dual-band, correct me if I'm wrong.

Good afternoon, I'm out of the manual headset, and also erased some configurations of the device has some functions that no longer work. Can someone help me? Thank you.
