Hello Everyone,
I am in the market for a new cell phone. I have an old Nokia and I use it only for calling. I have never sent a text in my life. Lately, I have been toying with the idea of getting a fancier phone after watching a young colleague of mine use and just love his Blackberry Storm. I am with AT&T in the U.S., but not currently under contract. I have been checking out the Iphones since I can get a 16gb one refurbished for $149.00.
I am a fan of Meizu players, having owned an M6 and did follow all of the hoopla over the M8 for a while before it was released. I have been watching videos of it an of other phones like the Cect on youtube, of course I would choose an M8 over a Cect, even an Iphone but there is just too much I do not understand about the technology.
If I got an M8, how would I access the web? Do I have to get a data package with AT&T? I know an ulimited one will cost $30.00 with an Iphone and I think I have to keep it for 2 years no matter what. Anyone know if there will be an international version of this phone? If so, I can wait.. I just hope it will not cost too much money. Is the sound quality of the music as good as it is on an M6? I finally listened to the Iphone for the first time this week and was very surprised by the poor sound quality. Wow.. it is pretty bad.. but I have to admit, I certainly loved playing around with that thing.
Also, what is the phone voice quality like? I found the Iphone to have low volume. I guess, I just want the Internet in my pocket on a device that plays great music... and makes clear calls... and it would be nice not to have to sign a contract. Samsung Impression, Iphone, or Meizu?
Thanks for your help. I am sure I will have more questions.

It's best to go with Samsung or the iPhone for now, since the M8 at the time is more of a novelty than a completely functional phone.
