Where can i find the Loadcircle-animation and the Charching/Sync Animation, on my m8?

You can find it in phoneres.dll (Windows directory). Editable with a resource editor program, like Resource Tuner.

Try this, maybe the file you copied from Windows directory is corrupted.

Sorry but i dont know how I have to do this. Can you please make it for me and upload the 3 pictures please?

If you don't know how to do it then why do you need the pictures? How are you going to modify the dll?
It's really easy, just download this, install, and drag and drop (or open) the file I have uploaded for you. The rest is self-explanatory.
By the way, the animations are picture sequences (8-10 pictures each).
