M8 noob need some help

hey folks, here are my questions:

1. dump question

2. i had the following name structure on my old phone for contacts e.g.: "Jack (study)". after i copied all the SIM contacts to my M8 the contacts with brackets are on the top. like this:

(study) Jack
(study) Martin
...
Alvin
Ashton
Bert
...
...

how can i sort them in a differnt way, or how can i edit their names on my PC (because editing them on the M8 will be very time consuming)

3. I have edited one manualy from "(study); Jack" to "Jack (study)! the positions of the entry stays. it doesn't march to "J" it stays where it was. Why?

4. how to lock the keyboard

to 2 and 3, m8 sort by last name, so you shall use the name as last name and (study) as first name, but, maybe, if all the contacts have only first name (empty last name) it may not work.

to 4, button on the top of the phone

but how can i edit the contacts on my PC? all 199 contacts editing by the M8 will be du difficult!

if you use outlook, you can edit them there..
i had sonyerics...before, edited in phone explorer, saved as vCard File and transfered to meizu...(like this i havent had these well known +49_12344... -problems)
